I'm happy to inform you that the Thule DockGrip Kayak Carrier, part # TH895, will work with a Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack.
OverHaul HD Ladder Racks like part # Y01151-5855 have a T-slot for loading accessories. The DockGrip uses this T-slot, so they are perfectly compatible.

The Thule DockGrip Kayak and SUP Carrier with Tie-Downs part # TH895 is perfectly compatible with the Yakima JetStream Crossbars like part # Y00426. Like you said T-track and T-slot and the other track mounted accessories are interchangeable among the main manufacturers.

The best option for you is a reducer like # HT02. This reducer transforms your 2" receiver into a 1-1/4". This lets you use all your 1-1/4" hitch accessories, such as bike racks, cargo carriers, or ballmounts with a 2" hitch.

The majority of roof mounted accessories won't work with the Rhino-Rack Heavy-Duty Roof Rack Crossbars for the exception of select Rhino Rack accessories using adapters. The reason for this is because the size of the crossbars are simply too large. Therefore, you' be much better off using a more standard size crossbar. The Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars System is a better option.

The Hullavator is a very popular kayak carrier due to its awesome load-assist function. The WingBar Evo term is simply the new name for Thule's AeroBlade bars. Both the old and new bars include a top T-Slot channel that allows a second way to attach compatible accessory carriers but their Glide and Set kayak carrier 883 is NOT compatible with either generation of aero bar.
